"...where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty."
-2 Corinthians 3:17 (NASB)

"Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passion, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence."
~John Adams

What would Reagan do?

Reagan was an amazing voice for the Constitution in his day. Check out the link above from the Heritage Foundation. I want to point out some of his great quotes:

"We are a nation that has a government. Not the other way round."

"The Federal Government did not create the states, the states created the Federal Government."

"As for the enemies of freedom... they will be reminded them that peace is the highest aspiration of the American people. We will negotiate for it; sacrifice for it. We will not surrender for it; now or ever!"

And so many more that you can see for yourself at the Heritage Foundation.

  1. Ahh, Reagan was certainly amazing. :) I miss him. ;-p

Thanks for the comment on empirically knowing that God exists. I certainly agree with Hells Best Kept Secret. I listed to the audio version probably 50 times when I first heard it, and still do occasionally.

By the way, have you ever written anything on apologetics?

    (note: this is Shaun)

  2. Ray and Reagan are both great men. I thank God for them.

Not too much on this blog. I did write a post on Young Earth, a bit on debt, and started the blog with a little about truth.

So far, I've mostly post on Government and a little on science.

So how did you get the SN of john doe? You can use your WP account to post on my blog now! :-)
